Malcolm Bernard Career and College Prep (MBCCP) Program The Malcolm Bernard Career and College Prep (MBCCP) year-round program, an affiliate of the Malcolm Bernard HBCU College Fair, Inc., is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and resources needed to pursue and succeed in higher education. A component of the program includes the Malcolm Bernard BEST scholars (panel of current college students and alumni) who describe their college experiences and answer students' questions. Designed to enlighten, encourage, and empower, the program engages students, parents, and counselors in a collaborative effort to maximize college access and academic achievement, particularly for diverse and underserved communities.
